Every order is packed by hand, so please allow 1 to 3 business days for it to leave our hands before it ships. Once it ships, transit time depends on your location and the USPS shipping speed selected at checkout.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We ship via USPS from our home base in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and we ship both within the US and internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes charged by their country.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Because they can’t be resold once opened, candles are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. We’re unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed, since we begin preparing it right away.

Reach out through our Contact page within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost to you.
