Who We Are

Raven & Rose Books started with an idea we couldn’t stop chasing: reading should feel like a ritual, not a to-do list. Somewhere between “I have to finish this book” and “I get to disappear into this book” is a slower, cozier way to read. And that’s the version we build for.

Every collection starts with a book we love. From there, we build outward: a candle poured to match its mood, a keepsake bookmark made to hold your place, all wrapped and sealed like something worth opening slowly. We read every book before it ships, argue about scent notes longer than we’d like to admit, and obsess over the small stuff, because the small stuff is what makes a box feel like a gift instead of a purchase.

We’re building this one box, one market, one shelf at a time: starting online, then out into farmers markets and pop-up shops, with a traveling bookstore (and someday, a home of our own) on the horizon.
